- You add your items— sign in, hit “Sell an Item,” snap photos, set a starting bid or a Buy Now price.
- Get paid — buyers pay online through Stripe and payouts land in your bank automatically. A Home Garage Sale runs $29 for 30 days; pros and estate companies have monthly plans. Every buyer and seller is identity-verified — no anonymous strangers, ever.
